Shipping
The shipping costs calculation is only available if you have something in your shopping cart. Our products are packed plastic-free in paper boxes.
Germany
Every delivery within Germany is free of shipping costs. Your order will be shipped climate-neutral with DHL GoGreen and the shipping takes approx. 3-5 working days.
European Union
For deliveries within the EU, we charge a flat shipping fee of 9.95 EUR for packaging and shipping. Shipping takes about 5-7 business days.
Switzerland and Non EU
For deliveries to Switzerland and non-EU countries we charge a flat shipping fee of 15.60 EUR for packaging and shipping. The shipping takes about 5-7 business days. We point out that customs duties or taxes may apply to deliveries, which are at your expense.
Return shipping
Within Germany
Return shipping is free of charge during the 14-day return policy within Germany. Please note that all items must be in their original unworn and unwashed condition to be accepted (unless it is a manufacturing defect). Also, the original hangtag must be attached. A prepaid returns label will be included with your shipment. Stick the label on the parcel, hand it in at a post office or Packstation and keep the receipt with the consignment number.
Outside Germany
The customer bears the costs of the return. Please send the return to: Logentu Logistik GmbH, Einsteinstr. 10, 95643, Tirschenreuth.
Refund and exchange
Once we have received the return, if the goods are undamaged, unworn and in their original packaging, we will refund your original method of payment. Please allow 5-7 working days for refunds to be credited back to your account.
